Built on a Lifetime Around Cars
My passion for vehicles started early. At just 14 years old I began a school based apprenticeship as a spray painter, learning the trade from the ground up and developing an appreciation for quality workmanship that has stayed with me ever since.
Over the following decade I worked within the paint and panel industry, specialising in vehicle refinishing, restoration and bringing tired paintwork back to life. Those years taught me that exceptional results don't happen by chance, they come from patience, precision and refusing to cut corners.
As rewarding as the industry was, I also recognised the long term health risks associated with paint and panel work. Rather than step away from the automotive industry altogether, I chose to focus on what I loved most: restoring, enhancing and protecting vehicles.
That's when Straightline Detailing Cairns was born.
Today I combine my trade background with professional detailing and advanced ceramic coating systems to help owners preserve everything from daily drivers and family SUVs to prestige vehicles, classics and weekend toys.
